The Core Transformation process utilises a 10-step process, offering a graceful way to change unwanted thoughts, feelings, and habits, and achieve goals you thought unattainable.

Why is the Core Transformation Process so simple and yet so powerful?
In short, because it utilises the power of the Core States themselves. What the Core Transformation Process essentially shows us is that no matter which negative or dysfunctional part of the mind we start with, it takes us down to an underpinning positive Core State out of which these problematic thoughts, feelings, and behaviours have ultimately been woven. The truly staggering implication here is that we are fundamentally wholesome, good, loving, and creative creatures at the core of our Being; that this is indeed our true nature,in other words we are fundamentally OK! It`s sometimes hard for us as modern people, living in an increasingly mechanistic world, where we become smaller and smaller and more insignificant cogs in a rapidly expanding gigantic meaningless machine, to believe that we are inherently OK deep down. Yet that is exactly what we find. Time and time again underpinning Core States such as Peace, Love, Creativity, and Self-Acceptance are revealed. A transforming power is released when we re-connect with these Core States, and this is what facilitates such simple and yet deep inner change.
Healthy small children clearly live from these states and take them for granted. For us, they have been overlaid with doubt, fear, anxiety, negativity, and protective barriers of all sorts. Much therapy and personal growth work focuses on these smothering layers and their removal. The Core Transformation Process is gentle and powerful because it gets below these old layers, and our obsessions with them, to the deeper positive and creative powers that lie beneath. It is easier to let the rubbish go when you have had a taste of the “coming home” feeling inherent in Core States.
